While we offer a few different hardware options, we may find that in the design process, some hardware doesn't compliment the aesthetic of the product.
If the hardware option you're looking for isn't available within the drop-down menu (but is otherwise available in the same size and width as other products) it is simply a design choice, meaning that our designers believe another hardware option is better suited to that design.
